I would like to get a quote, what do I need to send you?
There are few things that are necessary for us to give you a quote such as:
• Artwork or picture of your ideal sign in an editable file i.e. PDF.
• Size / measurement / dimensions (L x W x H) of your sign.
• Preferred illumination type / light effect of the sign (is it Frontlit, Sidelit, Backlit or a combination of
various types?) Or you can choose from a variety of illumination types in our Signage Solutions.
• Other required documents for customer registration i.e. personal IDs.

What materials can I use to create my sign?
The types of sign materials vary depending on the location where the sign will be installed, the purpose it will be used for or the type of finish you prefer. We have a range of material types that includes acrylic, aluminum, banner, corrugated plastic, fabric, PVC, magnetic film, vinyl, wood and more for you to choose from. What fonts can be used?

How long does it take to make a sign?
The length of time it takes to make a sign differs depending on the materials, usage, design complexity or fabrication method to be used. However, we will strive to meet your expectations on deadlines and turnaround time.

Questions like “Is your sign an interior or exterior sign?”, “What type of weather and elements your sign will be exposed to?” or “What type of materials will you use?” are among the key factors to determine the longevity of every sign. What are your payment terms?
We generally require a 100% upfront / advance payment to process the order and start the production. We accept different payment methods such as credit or debit card, cash, cheque, bank transfer or you may pay through our Online Payment facility.
