All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that we have accepted are not subject to change after acceptance.
Delivery
In-stock items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of payment. All back orders may require 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.
If you must have your item within a certain date, contact us through email or phone to discuss express shipping options. Express shipping varies depending on the weight of the package and the country of residence.
Delivery & Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on several factors, including what you buy and how far it has to travel to get to you. M You will be shown a list of shipping options and their associated costs. Note that these are estimates and the actual cost will be calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged to you on certain items and vary by country. Make sure that you are aware of such duties and taxes.
Some general guidelines:
(For customers residing in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates)
• Items below SAR 999, AED 999, USD 266. Buyers should not have trouble importing these items, but check the Customs rules for possible restrictions that vary in your country.
• Items more than SAR 999, AED 999, USD 266. Buyers importing high value items for personal use may have to pay a duty or tax. The amount of the duty, if any, depends on the type of item and its value.
• Items for commercial use. Customers importing goods for a commercial purpose may have to deal with possible quotas, duties, and paperwork. Commercial goods (goods intended for resale) may have special entry requirements.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Custom-made orders cannot be refunded should you decide to cancel the order.
